The GRACE Foundation of New York defines autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as a “neurological disorder that impacts the development of language and communication skills as well as social interaction and relatedness.” Since it is a disorder existing on a spectrum, every individual’s experience is unique and requires personalized support and care.

In 2000, the GRACE Foundation was created with the mission to provide “innovative and progressive programs and services for individuals impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)”. They do this through their various recreation, performing arts, social skills, support, teen/young adult social, day habilitation, centered on sensory and creative arts programs!
